2. Add the coin to your cart and complete your order.
3. I will select and prepare the layout that best fits your personalization.
4. Your coin will be individually engraved, inspected, and packaged for shipment.

A design proof is not normally required. If your requested personalization presents a layout or readability issue, I will contact you before engraving.

Because each personalized coin is individually prepared and engraved, minor variations in engraving appearance may occur.

Please check names, dates, spelling, capitalization, and punctuation carefully when submitting your personalization. Your wording will be engraved as submitted, although line breaks and arrangement may be adjusted for the best fit and readability.

Long messages may not fit comfortably on the engraving area. If you are unsure whether your wording will fit, please contact me before ordering.

 Packaging

Your finished keepsake is placed in a clear protective coin capsule before shipment.

The capsule helps protect the engraved surfaces while allowing the coin to remain visible and easy to display or remove when your recipient wants to hold or carry it.
